About Hydro-Air Technical Services
Optimal performance, backed by over 50 Years of Experience.
Our Roots
Originally founded by Allan Reid in 1976, our roots are firmly planted in technical expertise and building science. Mastering the complexities of airflow and hydronics, Allan established himself as the premier specialist in Alberta. His commitment to honesty and precision earned the trust of mechanical engineers across the province.
Leadership Today
Cory Reid later assumed leadership, upholding these values on landmark projects like the Calgary International Airport Expansion while managing evolving field demands. Today, Hydro‑Air continues under the ownership of Chelsey Reid and our long-serving operations manager, Rob Arsenault.
What Sets Us Apart
Since 1976, Hydro-Air has provided independent HVAC Testing, Adjusting & Balancing, commissioning, and system verification services throughout Alberta. Our senior technicians, Mitch Hunt and Connor Leach, along with our wider team, remain committed to the same careful, independent balancing work that Allan and Cory were known for. This technical depth and multi-generational dedication solidify our reputation for excellence.
